Vi'S Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot water
1 sq. butter or 1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Put this in frypan
and
when
butter
is
melted,
add flour. Cook until flour, butter and water have formed a ball. Place in a dish and add 1 egg at a time until 4 eggs have been beaten into the mixture.
Drop from spoon on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake
in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes longer.
