Pecan Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 c brown sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c whole pecans
Preparation
    Add to beaten egg, folding in carefully, the other ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 min or until dry. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
