Berniece'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped, peeled apples
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine apples and sugar in bowl; let stand for 1 hour.
    Beat eggs with oil and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in large bowl.
    Sift in mixture of flour, soda, salt and spices; mix well.
    Add apples and nuts and mix well.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
