Deviled Bluefish Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fish, minced
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. soda crackers, rolled fine
1 c. cream (heavy)
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put into clam shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under broiler until slightly browned.
