Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. softened butter
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. light molasses
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Heat oven
to 325\u00b0.
In small bowl combine all ingredients except
whipped
cream.
Beat
at medium speed, scraping bowl often,
until
well
mixed
(1
to 2 minutes).
Pour into greased 9-inch
square
baking pan.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into squares. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream.
