Moist Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/8 lb. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Cream butter, egg yolks and sugar.
Add milk and sifted dry ingredients, then beaten egg whites.
Pour into oblong cake pan and sprinkle with topping.
