Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oats
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth.
    Grease griddle and heat. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter.
    Cook until bubbly. Flip, cook until golden.
    Serve with applesauce.
    Makes 10 to 12.
