Hearty Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and chunked
2 carrots, diced
6 stalks celery, diced
2 qt. water
1 onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
In a large saucepan, cook potatoes, carrots and celery in water until tender, 20 minutes.
Drain, reserving liquid, and set veggies aside.
