Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
sprinkles of sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Combine liquid ingredients in a large bowl.
Add dry mixture of flour, cream of tartar and salt.
Blend well and chill dough overnight.
Roll into small balls and roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool on rack.
Makes 48 to 60 cookies.
