Honey Dijon Drumsticks - cooking recipe

1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
2 tsp. honey
8 chicken drumsticks
1 c. round buttery flavored cracker crumbs (24 crackers)
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, combine mustard, bouillon and honey. Coat drumsticks with mustard mixture.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Arrange in greased baking dish.
Drizzle margarine over drumsticks.
Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 servings.
