Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese
    1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package, no salt.
    Combine broccoli, soup, milk, butter and dry onion soup mix in a large skillet. Bring mixture to a boil over a medium heat.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
