Grandma Olson'S Potato Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

17 lb. peeled potatoes
12 lb. ground meat (2/3 beef, 1/3 pork)
5 Tbsp. salt
5 Tbsp. Morton sausage seasoning
4 big onions

Preparation

Grind and mix well.
Stuff into beef casings.
