Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. poppy seeds (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cylinder Ritz crackers, crushed (save some for top of casserole)
    5 to 6 pats butter
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; tear into small pieces.
    Combine chicken, sour cream, poppy seeds, soups and crackers, saving some of the crackers for the top of casserole.
    Mix well pour into baking dish; sprinkle reserved crackers over top and put pats of butter on crackers.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with salad.
