Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken (white meat)
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. vermicelli, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender; add mushrooms and juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
