Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. seeded and chopped hot red peppers
    1 1/2 qt. peeled and sliced onions
    2 qt. distilled vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Place peppers, onions and vinegar in large pot.
    Cook over medium heat until peppers and onions are soft (30 minutes). Remove solids and pulse in blender.
    Add liquid and stir to blend thoroughly.
    Season with salt to taste and store in covered jars or bottles.
