Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 slices toast
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 diced onion
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mayo
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard and mayo with mixer. Brown sausage and onion; drain well.
    Layer sausage in a 9 x 9-inch greased dish with crumbled toast.
    Cover with cheese, then pour egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight, then bake the next day at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
