Fabulous Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    16 large marshmallows or 1 c. Marshmallow Creme
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in a heavy 2-quart saucepan the sugar, milk, marshmallows or Creme, butter and salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top).
    Boil and stir 5 minutes more.
    Take off heat.
    Stir in until completely melted the chocolate chips.
    Stir in pecans and vanilla.
    Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan; cool before cutting.
