Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. dill seed per jar
2 cloves garlic per jar
3/4 c. salt
1 qt. plus 1 pt. vinegar
3 qt. water
Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon plus
1
1/2
teaspoons dill seed and 1 clove garlic in bottom
of
clean
jars.
Pack
the
jars
with cucumbers to fill.
Put 1 clove garlic on top.
Bring to a boil salt, vinegar and water.
Fill jars with hot liquid and seal.
