Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated (save white for meringue)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Sift cocoa, flour and sugar into pan and make sure it is well mixed.
Add the milk and egg yolks.
Set whites aside for the meringue.
Cook all ingredients in a pan on medium heat.
Stir often until thick.
Add a lump of butter and the vanilla.
Mix well and pour into a baked pie shell.
Top with meringue and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until meringue browns.
