Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 stick butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    dash of cinnamon
    2 c. grated apples
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Put grated apples into pie shell.
    Combine and cream the remaining ingredients.
    Pour over apples.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake until firm.
