Short Breads - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light. Sift flour and cornstarch. Fold into creamed mixture. Roll out dough and form into shapes. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with granulated sugar if desired.
