Garden Vegetable Medley(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower
    1 large bunch broccoli
    1 crookneck squash, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
    1 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
    1 to 2 Tbsp. diced red pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Break
    cauliflower
    into
    flowerets;
    cut
    flowerets in half. Slice
    flowerets
    from
    broccoli,
    leaving
    2 inches of stem. Arrange broccoli in circle around edge of 12-inch round platter with flowerets resting on rim.
    Arrange cauliflower in inner circle.
    Arrange
    squash,
    then
    zucchini,
    in circle in center. Place
    red
    pepper
    in center.
    Place butter in 1 cup measuring cup
    and
    cook
    on High for 45 seconds.
    Pour melted butter over vegetables.
    Sprinkle
    with
    garlic salt and seasoned pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on High 7 to 8 minutes or
    until crisp but tender.
    Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
