Lemon Fluff Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs separated
    1 cup sugar
    1 lemon
    water
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thickened.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.
    Add grated rind, and juice of lemon, and 3 Tbsp. warm water. Cook mixture in double boiler to thick custard stage.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, adding 1/2 cup sugar gradually.
    Fold into custard mixture.
    Fill previously baked pie shell and brown in oven for a few minutes.
