Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 onion, chopped
    mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Cut chicken into 1 to 1 1/2-inch squares; place in plastic bag and cover with flour mixture.
    Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil. Put onion in pan.
    Add water; cook, covered, on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add mushrooms; cook for 5 more minutes.
    Add sour cream and lemon rind; reheat.
    Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
