Delicious Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 Eagle Brand milk
12 oz. cool whip
2 frozen Graham cracker pie shells
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. butter
5 or 6 tbsp. butterscotch topping
Preparation

Whip cream cheese & milk, fold in cool whip. Divide into 2 frozen Graham cracker pie shells. Toast pecans, coconut & butter at 300\u00b0 until light brown (stir often). Sprinkle pecans & coconut on top of pies and top with butterscotch topping & freeze. Keep in freezer.
