Combination Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 medium jar of chopped pimento
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Combine and bring to a boil; pineapple juice and Jell-O.
    Refrigerate until mixture has the consistency of syrup.
    Blend in cream cheese, pimento, celery and pecans.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into baking dish and refrigerate until set.
