Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can refried bean dip
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can jalapeno bean dip
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
14 pimento-stuffed olives, sliced in thirds, or jalapeno peppers may be used
Preparation

Spread 1 teaspoon of refried beans or bean dip on each tortilla chip.
Top with one teaspoon of cheese and one thin slice of olive.
Place 8 in circle on paper plate.
Heat in microwave oven.
Use Level 7 for 30 to 45 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
Repeat with remaining appetizers.
