Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 can whole corn
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    hot pepper to your own taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into a skillet.
    Makes 1 large skillet and 1 small.
    Bake 30 minutes or until center is done.
