Chicken In "Maple Cream" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. maple syrup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine egg and milk.
    Put chicken pieces into this mixture and roll in crumbs.
    Brown chicken in hot oil and place pieces in shallow baking pan.
    Combine milk, cream and maple syrup.
    Pour this over the chicken.
