Rachel'S Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck blade roast
    1 stalk celery
    3 large onions
    1 green pepper
    1 large bottle catsup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. water
    3 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except the beef.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Pour over beef.
    Cook in a 300\u00b0 oven for 6 to 7 hours. Remove beef bones. Pull meat into shreds.
    Serve on hard rolls.
