Braised Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, cut 1-inch thick
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2 medium onions, sliced thin
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Wipe steak with damp paper towels. Combine crumbs, salt and pepper.
Place steak on wooden board.
Sprinkle half of crumb mixture on steak and pound.
Turn over and repeat.
Cut steak into 6 portions.
