Rosemary Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lean loin pork chops, 1-inch thick
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. dried crushed rosemary leaves
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prepare grill for medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, rosemary and pepper.
Press mixture onto chops.
Grill chops 15 to 20 minutes per side or until meat near bone is no longer pink when slashed with a knife.
Serves 4.
