Chicken Tacquitos(Makes 40 Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. salsa
    1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (11 oz.) can corn with red and green peppers, well drained
    1 (4.8 oz.) pkg. taco shells
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Add chicken and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add green onions and green pepper; continue cooking for five minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
    Remove mixture from skillet; drain.
