Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. egg whites, beaten until foamy
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Sift
    the
    flour
    and 3/4 cup sugar 3 times; set aside. Beat egg whites; add cream of tartar, salt, vanilla and almond extract until foamy.
    Add 3/4 cup sugar, a spoonful at a time, to
    egg mixture.
    Beat until stiff.
    Fold in flour and 3/4 cup sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 in a tube pan for 35 minutes.
