Quick Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    several pinches of Italian seasoning
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (15.5 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. whole oregano
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Drain; rinse in cold water.
    Set aside.
    Saute ground beef and garlic.
    Drain. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise to skillet.
    Stir.
    Stuff shells with mixture.
    Place stuffed shells in baking dish.
    Combine spaghetti sauce, oregano and Italian seasoning.
    Pour over shells.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes.
