Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium potato, boiled
1 lb. powdered sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Mash potato.
Add sugar to make a tacky dough.
Roll dough on sugared surface (like a pie crust).
Spread peanut butter on top; roll up like jelly roll.
Slice and chill.
