Orange-Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Stir in dates and nuts.
Combine pineapple with eggs, cranberry sauce, oil and orange peel.
Stir into dry mixture. Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan on rack 15 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
