Ingredients

2 c. flour or less
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter; beat in sugar.
Beat in egg, vanilla and cream.
Stir in flour.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill several hours.
Place on a lightly floured board. Roll to about 1/8-inch thick; use floured cutter.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar.
Bake about 8 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
