Gingerbread With Lemon Rum Sauce(Mix Up Gingerbread Cakes--Either A Mix Or The Following.) - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 slightly beaten egg white
1/3 c. molasses
1/3 c. water
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Stir together the flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, soda and salt and set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the egg white, molasses, water and oil.
Stir molasses mixture into flour mixture just until blended.
Spoon mixture into small Bundt pans or muffin cups.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the gingerbread springs back when pressed lightly in center.
