Miss Apple'S Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs, sugar, salt and baking powder until light and fluffy.
    Add flour and milk alternately, beating well after each addition.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Pour batter into two well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool no racks.
    Can be frozen.
