Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
8 c. hot peppers, chopped
4 c. onions, chopped
1 c. cider vinegar
6 cloves garlic, sliced
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix and boil in large pot for 1 1/2 hours, or until desired consistency.
