Shorties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chopped nuts (fine)
    2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add flour, water and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in slow oven until brown.
    Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
    Store in airtight container.
