Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Set aside 2 tablespoons of egg.
    Stir together tuna, onion, cheese, salt and pepper with remaining egg. Stir baking mix and water into soft dough.
    Knead on floured surface.
    Roll into rectangle and spread with tuna mixture.
    Fold dough over tuna and press edges together.
    Make slits across top of flat loaf.
    Brush tops and sides with reserved egg.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
