Crunchy Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar (less if using canned potatoes)
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients until smooth and place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Mix together the brown sugar, flour, margarine and pecans and sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 as you would for a pumpkin pie.
    Will be done when knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
