Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk or more if needed
    1 egg
    1 to 2 heads cabbage (extra cabbage needed to line pan and cover cabbage rolls)
    1 onion
    10 strips bacon
    3/4 c. rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat (either 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. ground pork butts or vice versa)
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    Boil cabbage in large pot until tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cook rice until tender.
    Cut bacon into small pieces and fry slowly for 5 minutes.
    Chop onion and fry with the bacon, about 10 minutes.
