Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. prepared instant mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
1 can onion rings
Preparation

With mixer, blend potatoes, cream cheese, onion, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
Beat at high speed.
Pour in shallow baking dish.
Bake 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Top with onion rings and bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Serves 4.
