Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    2 c. diced, unpeeled Granny Smith green apples
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix drained pineapple with marshmallows and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Mix flour, pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar and egg. Transfer to saucepan and cook over very low heat until thickened. Cool mixture and refrigerate 8 hours.
