Sweet Potato "Yum Yum" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (40 oz.) can cut yams
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. white sugar
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Drain and mash yams.
    Add all other ingredients to the yams, mixing well after each addition. Place in baking dish and cover with topping.
