Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. butter
12 Tbsp. flour
3 c. maple sugar
1 c. hot water
whipped cream
1 pie shell
Preparation
-
Melt butter on low heat and add flour.
Remove from heat; add syrup and water.
Put back on stove and boil until thick.
Cook 5 minutes; mix often.
Remove from heat.
Cool before putting into pie shell.
Put on whipped cream.
