Zucchini And Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thin sliced rhubarb (4 stalks)
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, orange juice and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook until rhubarb is tender, about 5 minutes.
    Drain rhubarb and throw liquid away.
